Cancellation and No Show Policy
We truly regret to inform everyone that due to the amount of no shows and last minute cancellations we have had to introduce a deposit system going into effect May 15th 2023.
All Chemical services ( including but not limited to perms, colours and highlights) will require a 50% deposit to book into the schedule.
Any cancellations not received with minimum 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
